Trim outputs to tracks removes any Metro output (mixer channel) that is not referenced in the current document thereby cleaning up the mixer window.

Normalize Mixer Faders

Normalize Mixer Faders performs a complete mixdown and reduces the mixer faders volume controls so that the mix does exceed 0 db. This has no affect on automation so it is still possible that the mix could exceed 0 db.
